If you attended a varsity girls soccer match or track meet at Frontier in the past season, you may have seen Roisin and Siobhan Rodriguez and thought that you were seeing double.
The Rodriguez sisters are twin Titans and teammates that can often be found playing soccer, running track, or participating in one of the many clubs that Frontier has to offer.
“We always have each other to compete with,” said Roisin. “Since the day we were born we have always been each other’s number one support system.”
They both participate in not only the same sports, but also the same activities together. In addition to soccer and track, the Rodriguez Twins participate in: Interact Club, Spanish Honors Society, and the National Honors Society. They are also volunteers at the Adventist Health Hospital.
Despite being a part of the same clubs and sports at school, the twins value being supportive of one another over being competitive.
“Some advice we have for other siblings is to always boost each other up,” shared Roisin. “It’s good to be each other’s competition, but don’t compare yourselves to one another.”
The girls agree that their favorite memories are those that include participating in school activities together.
“We both share the same love for soccer, especially when we are representing Frontier.”
